We do not have any trails or tracks at our location. There are many places in Colorado to take advantage of OHV trails and mx tracks. You have the freedom tow away and go wherever you want.
Depending on the time of the season you are looking to go, will determine what will be open/accessible. We are happy to share with you some locations and websites, but all research is your responsibility. We do not supply trail maps or books. It is your responsibility to ride within your ability.
Purchasing the cleaning ahead of time allows you the freedom to know that you don't have to spend time cleaning the rentals before returning. They do have to be cleaned before being returned if you do not pre-purchase the cleaning. This includes dirt bikes, trailer, riding gear, camping gear, cooking and kitchen gear. During return we will inform you if a cleaning fee* is going to need to be added. You have the option to clean the rentals that BTA determines needs to be cleaned upon return to avoid a fee.
You must call to reserve. All rentals will be delivered to you *terms and conditions apply. Delivery location will be decided on 2 weeks before the start of your reservation. All terms and conditions can be viewed when contract is sent to your group.
Any of the camping/cooking/riding gear that can fit will be delivered in large plastic storage bins. This helps with organization and a speedy delivery/pick-up.

Please understand we are a small company with limited resources, and found this is our
best option. Deposits are required to secure any reservations. The deposit will be $300 per reservation. This portion of the deposit is Non-refundable, if you decide to cancel a reservation.
The total trip payment will be due day of delivery before your scheduled reservation drop off time.

We can offer to change dates within the same calendar year. You are limited to only changing the reservation date once. We want you out here, talk with us to get you set up for the right dates.
No refunds will be issued for weather, travel changes, cancellations outside of BTA's control, terrain, chosen location, ability to use rentals, or anything else outside of what BTA does offer refunds for.

Refunds can be issued for mechanical failure that is a direct responsibility of BTA and not the manufacturer of the equipment/rental.
Cautions
Be aware that there may be a fire ban in your chosen destination’s location. It is your group’s responsibility to not have fires, unless the fire restrictions allow. Gas grills and gas fire pits may be allowed in certain locations. This can change due to severity of the fire ban and the local municipality rules/laws. It is your responsibility to check the rules/laws of the area you are camping in. Cooking will have to be done by propane in a cautious and contained manner. You may not have cell phone reception while camping; plan for this. Any trash your group brings in, you must bring out. Do not trash the open spaces. Produce as little waste as possible. There are real animals out there and your group is strongly encouraged to have food and coolers in designated safe areas (such as in your vehicles, parked a manageable distance from all tents). Do not bring food into your tents. If you crash or get injured, it is very important to say something right away to your group so that further damage isn’t caused to yourself or the rentals. BTA has low labor rates for repairs because accidents happen, and they are fixable. As a group, you help others around you stay safe.
What BTA will NOT Provide
Guiding – This is not a Guide company. We supply rentals.

Gasoline – Your group is responsible for all the gasoline you use. All machines are to be returned with a full tank of gasoline.

Cleaning & Fees – Your group is responsible for the cleaning of the machines, camping, and cooking rentals. For an additional cost we can clean all rentals for your group. This will need to be scheduled ahead of time; or a fee can be added to accommodate the change in the package upon return.

Flights – We cannot help with booking flights.
OHV Stickers – The dirt bike rentals come with Colorado OHV stickers only. If you wish to take your adventure out of the state of Colorado, you will have to purchase OHV stickers from a local shop at your chosen destination. Some examples of places that sell OHV stickers are motorsports sales shop & parks and wildlife offices. Each state can have different rules/laws and it is your group’s responsibility to follow them.

Campgrounds/Lodging/Hotels/Airbnb/Vrbo – None of the packages include pricing for campgrounds/lodging/cabins/hotels/Airbnb/Vrbo. This is a separate cost to your group. For an additional cost; we can help facilitate campground reservations (be cautious of cancellation policies). Reservations for these need to be made early on when booking your trip. If you cancel your trip because of failure to secure campgrounds/lodging/cabins/hotels/Airbnb/Vrbo, you will still lose the non-refundable portion of your deposit if it is past the non-refundable date. This applies to campgrounds/lodging/cabins/hotels/Airbnb/Vrbo, cancellation refund policies as well.

Pre-purchasing - We will not purchase any tobacco, alcohol, or cannabis for your group.

Truck/Car Rentals – We do not own any Truck/Car rentals and have no say on the cost or reservation availability. This will be the responsibility of someone in your group.
UTV Rentals – We do not own any UTV’s and have no say on the cost or reservation availability. We can supply you with the contact info for a preferred rental company in Denver. There also may be other local rental shops near your destination if you only want them for a day or 2; also an option if you do not want to or aren’t capable of towing to your chosen location (these prices can be drastically increased because of the tourism location). This will be the responsibility of someone in your group to pay for and put a credit card deposit down with the rental company. It will also be that person’s responsibility to do all paperwork/signatures for the rental.
RV/Motorhomes – We do not own any and have no say on the cost or reservation availability. This will be the responsibility of someone in your group.

Rentals Not Included – If you wish to have other rentals other than what is included in the package(s). We have no say on the cost of external rentals. We can supply you with the contact info for a preferred rental companies in Denver.
